Back in October last year, we brought you the news that the 2009 open-world racer Burnout Paradise will be coming to the Xbox One console via its backwards compatibility feature.
Since the announcement however things have gone all too quiet, that is until now. Developer Criterion Games has reassured fans that Burnout Paradise will still be coming to the Xbox One.
"Patience, Paradise fans! This work is continuing and we hope to have more BC news soon". wrote Criterion on their official Twitter page as seen below.

Burnout Paradise was the very first Burnout title to feature an open world and received incredible reviews upon release with a current Metacritic aggregate score of 88. We'll keep you up to date on all the latest developments.
