We've been sampling the Gran Turismo Sport beta for a little while now, to keep things interesting we took on the most challenging track and decided to do away with every driver assist possible.

Overall, we believe the vehicles in GT Sport feel more alive than found in previous titles. When you are really pushing a car, it can snap on you. You need to have a little more respect for what the car is doing, more so than you probably would in Gran Turismo 6 for instance.

The Nurburgring Nordschleife looks decent in the GT Sport beta, the brightly lit track surface with all its markings look great and can trick your mind into thinking you're racing for real at times. Sadly the trees that litter the sides of the track do need some work as it can be jarring to see the texture pop in at regular intervals, as this is a beta though, there will no doubt be a number of improvements before release.

You can view the qualifying session and the replay of the Ford Focus ST at the Nurburgring Nordschleife below.
