Slightly Mad Studios' Creative Director Andy Tudor took some time out of his busy schedule to have a chat with us about the recently announced Project CARS 2.
Tudor explains that Project CARS 2 boasts the largest track roster of any game on the consoles. Impressively, each track has dynamic time of day and weather and even seasonal changes which puts to shame other leading racers of late.
Tudor mentions the new livetrack 3.0 system which “brings the tracks to life”. Tracks will evolve, not only over a season, but also during the race weekend. Tudor also states that some car manufacturers that were missing in the original title will be included along with some new motorsports disciplines, some of which take place on the newly added dirt and icy surfaces.
We also ask about various other spects including handling, force feedback and online matchmaking, you can listen to the full interview with Andy Tudor below. Project CARS 2 is expected to launch for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in late 2017.
